First, call or visit us online to schedule an appointment. Our office will then follow up with you to select a date. When we book your appointment, we will send you an email to confirm with a link to our exclusive Window Treatment Guide. This guide has been created for our customers to provide all of the inspiration and information you’ll need before selecting your window treatments. Before your appointment, your designer will call to ask you about your vision, and home design styles. During your appointment, your designer will take a tour of your home to get a sense of your style.
Then, they’ll show you some products and fabrics that fit your vision. Together, you’ll design your custom window treatments. They’ll take measurements, give you a quote, and place your order.
While your order is being processed, you’ll receive regular updates from our team about shipping dates and estimated completion dates. Once your designs are completed, we will call you to schedule a professional installer to complete the job. Before you know it, you’ll be dazzling guests at your next dinner party.
