- Motor and PowerView component failures (timing varies by component)
- Fabric defects and seam failures
How to make a claim.
Call either of our showrooms. We handle warranty claims directly with Hunter Douglas, you don't deal with the manufacturer at all.

Normal wear and tear, sun fading on fabrics rated below the recommended UV exposure, and damage from improper cleaning or pets. Most of these can be fixed under our paid repair service.
