How we handle your information.

Last updated September 29, 2026. Your information is never sold. We use it to answer your inquiry, deliver your project, and measure how our advertising performs.

What we collect.

When you fill out a consultation form, we collect your name, email, phone, how you heard about us, and the message you send. Calls to our showrooms are logged with your contact details and the project you discussed. As you browse, the site records standard technical data such as pages viewed, device type, and the site that referred you.

How we use it.

Your details go toward answering your request, scheduling consultations, and supporting your treatments after installation. Browsing data shows us which pages help people and whether our Google ads bring in real inquiries. Nothing you give us is sold or rented, and none of it is shared with anyone for their own marketing.

Cookies and analytics.

The Google tag sets cookies that tell Google Ads when a visit from one of our ads turns into an inquiry. Vercel Web Analytics and Venbit count visits in aggregate and set no advertising cookies. Maps and virtual tours embedded on the site come from Google and other providers, who set their own cookies under their own policies.

Your choices.

Choose Decline on the cookie notice, or use the Cookie Settings link in the footer at any time, and the Google tag stops setting or reading ad and analytics cookies. Browsers that send a Global Privacy Control signal start opted out. To see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, email hello@homesteadwindowtreatments.com.

Who handles it for us.

A small set of service providers process data on our behalf: Vercel hosts the site, Mailgun delivers form submissions to our inbox, and Google runs our email and ad measurement. Each receives only what it needs to provide that service.

How long we keep it.

Client records stay on file for as long as we provide service and warranty support. Ask us to delete yours at any time by emailing hello@homesteadwindowtreatments.com.

Children.

This site is for adults planning home projects. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes and contact.
